What would you do if you were me?

I could never answer that question. Lawyers are supposed to listen to the facts, evaluate situations, tell clients the law, and then tell clients what their options are and what the impact of each option would be on that client. The client then has to decide what he will do because only the client will be in bankruptcy and will be affected by his choices.
