If you have any questions about your file and you are a client, or if you have a simple question and you are not a client, feel free to email me and I will respond as soon as possible. It is much easier for me to respond to a written question than to a phone message, since I am in front of my computer all day (and some nights and most weekends).
My response, however, may be that you need to come in for an appointment if the answer to the question is: The answer to the question is too complicated to explain without a face-to-face meeting or I don’t understand your question without a lot more details. Remember: it doesn’t cost you anything to come in to meet with me for a consultation if you are not a client; and if you already are a client often it is very helpful to have an office visit “check-up” just to go over all of your questions face-to-face.
